ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Services: Access denied. Contact your Administrator.

I am working on Flexicapture 12 Distributed .  I am trying to run this command in Processing server and also processing stations as well 

I am using command prompt using admin access and  move to "C:\Program Files\ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Servers" path 

then executed this command 

flexibrsvc please update dataset http://d1vmdbb2bro/8/DellRobotixInvoiceProcessing purchaseOrder  Vendors

 

I am getting this error "Access denied. Contact your Administrator"

 

I looked at the event viewer also same error "ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Services: Access denied. Contact your Administrator."

I am using Flexicapture Distributed Username and password and not setup with windows or active directory

Could you check to make sure that the appropriate rights are granted?

Please make sure that network is working correctly.

I changed  Abbyy Distributed users pull from our active Directory ,then assigned admin group to them  and started working fine .  Thank you !
