FC12 Distributed - where are the trained invoices?

Where can I find the trained invoices and see if there are any mistakes made during the training? Also, i want to check how many invoices have been trained.

Hi,

In Project Setup Station, click View -> Field Extraction Training Batches, or Ctrl+Alt+B.

Hi, 

First, I searched there, but there are none. And I have enabled the training option for the invoices. 

p.s. there are a lot of invoices processed.

Have you enabled both training settings - In document definition settings and Training workflow stage?

Yes, that is the strange thing. And I am sure that the operators are making changes (e.g. show the right place of a field,etc.)

Hi,

Please check how they are making changes, maybe they are not deleting rectangle, maybe they are just manually changing the value of the field. Train one by yourself, check event log, if this document entered Training workflow stage and there were no errors.

Thanks for the tips. As you mentioned "no errors" I made the stage to "enter always" but will a document enter this stage if there are any errors/warnings?

It should enter this stage even it has warnings as there are no entry conditions set. Anyway, there are no rule errors, because you said already that there are many processed documents. I was thinking more like errors in event log, please take a look there also. 

Take a look in Verification, after you click on Get Task, is there column "For training" and is there green checkmark for that document? It should be checked green (be sure that they click on Get Task when starting verification).
Also check if you haven't moved Training stage to be the last page (after stage Processed). And check if the checkmark of Training stage is checked.
I have no other clue why training is not working, it should work if stage is active and if you allowed training in Document Definition settings.

Hi Vladimir,

Many thanks for your time and advices. Maybe there is no connection but the roles that are only used in this project are Senior Verification Specialist and only the web verification station (new) is used. Also, the operators are not using the "get task" (the green button) but they are getting the task from the queue by choosing a batch and then clicking on "get task". 

Also, in the web verification station i have never seen such column "for training"

I found the problem. Since I customized and hid some of the fields in Vendor, the CountryCode was not filled. So, in the logs there was clearly shown that the CountryCode is missing and the training cannot be completed.
