IMAP Lotus Notes issue Msg. T9 and T10 NO CLOSE Entry not found in index.

Product: ABBYY FC12 R1 and R2

Hi,

I always have the problem that Abbyy cant retrieve the emails when using the IMAP protocol in combination with Lotus Notes. The following error message appears and the emails are moved to the error folder of the mailbox. If the emails are processed via MS Outlook and IMAP, this usually works smoothly. The special thing about this is that sometimes emails get through and are processed. 

How can I solve the problem and what does the error message mean?

Hello,

Please collect Ainfo logs from the machine, where Processing Server and Processing Station are installed. Then address the issue to the regional support, provide them logs, the project and the issue description.

Hi Ekaterina,

thank you very much for your answer. However, I have already given the info files etc. to ABBYY support, so far (I had already done this a year ago when ABBYY FC12 came out) unfortunately without a satisfactory answer.

I think the problem is now fixed with the new version 12.0.2.1420.
