Product: ABBYY FC12 R1 and R2
I always have the problem that Abbyy cant retrieve the emails when using the IMAP protocol in combination with Lotus Notes. The following error message appears and the emails are moved to the error folder of the mailbox. If the emails are processed via MS Outlook and IMAP, this usually works smoothly. The special thing about this is that sometimes emails get through and are processed.
How can I solve the problem and what does the error message mean?
