Power Outage - Now Scanning station is not verifying license. Failed to get ticket

We were up and running normally then had a power outage. Everything booted back up fine except when we launch the scanning station we get the license error. Both the server and client have been restarted and still getting same error. Any ideas on how to fix, we've reached out to support but no response yet.

Please check that your license did not expire and connect your Sales Manager or regional support.Please provide us your case number or some information that may help to find your case (a theme, a requester name, a date creation etc) if you didn't receive the answer yet.
