I was unable to export pdf format business cards to Outlook when I was using the Abbyy Business Card Reader 2.0. First, it wouldn't detect Outlook as the default mail and then it gave error messages ( See attached files). If it didn't pop up any error message it would just unresponsive until i had to end the program using task manager. I thought that the Windows OS was corrupted so I did a clean installation of Windows 7 Pro but still the problem persisted. The CPU that I installed it on is running on a Intel i7 processor, 4GB DDR3 which was above the recommendation for the software. I contacted Abbyy support and they told me to perform uninstallation and deactivate antivirus and other methods. After doing all this, problem persisted.

Anyone experiencing this or have a work around? Please let me know the details you need to understand further.

Thank you
