User request processing stage - Batch locked

 Hi,

Do anyone have the idea of "user request processing" stage? While processing the batch, it got stuck on certain invoice image saying "Batch has been locked" and then shows "User req processing" stage. I tried to send it to Recognition stage or Verification stage but is of no use and can't edit the document and send to further stage.

I have not defined in additional user type stage in Advanced workflow.

Hi,

ID of this processing stage is 950: https://help.abbyy.com/en-us/flexicapture/12/developer/stagetypeenum , therefore if you are familiar with FlexiCapture database, try out to manually change processing stage value for this document.

Hi Vladimir,

Thanks for response. Can you please guide me how to do this step by step. Really appreciate..! Some users are using web station and they have no idea about it. Can we do something on Admin and Console monitoring?. How to come out of this stage even if i have not set any stage manually explicitly. Also I get tan error such as "some another user is in processing. Batch is locked".

Hi,

When batch is locked, you should delete related rows in EditSession table. But don't delete anything if you are not familiar with FlexiCapture database, it is better to get in contact with ABBYY support for your region.

Hi Vladimir,

Is this not possible to change processing stage ID in Admin and Console station? How to edit Flexicapture database? Any documentation on it? Which query need to fire?
